Often, contractors don’t have time at the end of the day to help clients with their interior finish selections, cabinetry layouts, space planning, paint selections, etc. With so many moving parts and pieces on every project, allowing a contractor to focus on what they do best is important for any project to run as smoothly as possible.
Shelly works with your clients to provide any of the following:
Interior architectural design drawings, including building layouts, space planning, case goods, cabinetry, kitchen and bath design and layouts, millwork details, general lighting and switching plans
Specifications and Selections for paints, wallcoverings, cabinetry selections and layouts, hardware selections, light fixture selections, countertop selections, millwork selections
3d walk-throughs and modeling to help clients work through design concerns and confusion
NOTE that procurement is the responsibility of the client and/or contractor, NO purchasing is provided by Shelly Turner Designs
COST
Because the nature of every project varies, incurred costs vary. Shelly works with you and your budget to tailor a package that fits your project needs. Time is billed hourly, with a general estimate of total time drafted before work begins. If more time is needed to complete a project, clients are notified in advance and may continue work or choose to end work at their discretion. ALL work is billed at time of service.
